Your data is yours. Here's exactly how we handle it.
TL;DR — We collect the minimum data needed to run MEASRD. Your consciousness data is encrypted end-to-end. We never sell your data. We never show you ads. Period.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name. That's it for identity — no phone numbers, no social profiles, no tracking IDs.
App Content: Your reflections, knowledge entries, cadence data, and echoes are stored using end-to-end encryption. We cannot read, access, or analyze your content on our servers. The AI analysis happens locally on your device or through encrypted API calls where your data is processed but never stored by third parties.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous, aggregate usage data (which features are used most, crash reports, performance metrics) to improve the app. This data cannot be tied back to individual users.
Payment Information: Payments are processed through Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or banking details.

All personal content within the MEASRD app is protected by end-to-end encryption. This means your reflections, knowledge entries, cadence data, and echoes are encrypted on your device before being transmitted to our servers. We hold encrypted data — but not the keys to decrypt it.
We use industry-standard security practices including TLS 1.3 for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, and regular security audits of our infrastructure.
The MINA AI engine processes your data to surface patterns and insights. This analysis is performed through secure, encrypted API calls. Your data is processed in-session only and is never stored, retained, or used for training by our AI providers.
We use the Anthropic Claude API for AI analysis. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs for model training, as outlined in their data usage policies.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies. We have selected them specifically for their commitment to data security and privacy.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual entries at any time, or delete your entire account and all associated data. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible — once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
For clients of our AI agency services, we collect standard business information (company name, contact details, project requirements). Client business data is handled under separate data processing agreements specific to each engagement. We never share one client's data with another.
MEASRD is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email and in-app notification. Continued use of MEASRD after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
